The Abridged Secret Book of John

1:1. One day, I, John Zebedee the Apostle was walking down the road when someone came up to me and started to argue with me.
They said, "Where is that so-called teacher of yours?"
I said, "He went back to where he came from."
They said, "You know he was a liar and fraud, right?"
This greatly disturbed me, and I sought refuge in the wild.
I had a lot of questions on my mind- like- "Why Jesus? Why was his sacrifice necessary? What is God really like? What is Heaven like?"
I knew Jesus told us this world was similar to Heaven, but he didn’t tell us much about Heaven in the first place.
All of a sudden there shined a shiny light in the middle of the road. At first, I was terrified, but a little kid came out. Then they changed to look like an old person, then a young adult. It was confusing- yeah, but it was just one being who was changing between 3 forms.
The being said, "Why are you afraid? Don’t you know who I am? I am always with you- I am the Father, the Mother, the Child- I am the Light.
I have come to teach you exactly what you wanted to understand- about the transcendent reality and the perfection of humanity. If you wish to listen and learn, you can share this with any of your friends who wish to listen and learn."

2:1. Oneness is All, and rules All- nothing has authority over it.
It is God- the creator of everything- the Holy Invisible One.
It is pure light that no one can bear to look at.
The One, the Invisible Spirit- is not just a god – but is The God – The Highest- nothing rules over it or is above it.
The One is The Eternal, All-Encompassing Light– Everything exists within- it needs nothing and is dependent on nothing.
The One is The Infinite and Unfathomable Light- limitless, immeasurable, and indescribable.
The One is Pure– not perfect, nor blessed, nor divine, but beyond such concepts.
It is neither physical nor imaginary,
It is neither heavy nor tiny,
You cannot talk about size or shape because it is beyond our minds.
The One is not just a being among other beings- but something else entirely- outside the dimensions of space and time.
The One is majestic, a leader of all realms, producing Light, Life, Blessedness, Knowledge, Goodness, Mercy, and Generosity.
It gives these things beyond belief from a realm of peace and rest, sustaining all other realms through goodness.
We would know nothing of God if it weren’t for the one who God sent forth. 

3:1. God is surrounded and basks and exists in the Light that sustains all realms.
God knows and sees themselves existing through a spring of Spirit, happy in their own existence.
God’s Thought Herself came alive- appearing to God in the Light.
She is the first and oldest Deity, arising from the mind of God.
Her Light reflects the Light perfectly- she is the glorious Mother- the creator of the universe, the Holy Spirit, thrice powerful and thrice named.
The Mother asked God for the ability to see through time, and God agreed.
The Mother also asked to be Strong, Wise, Eternal, and True.
God agreed.
These 5 – Wisdom, Forethought, Strength, Eternality, and Truth, are the qualities of the highest realm of Heaven.
 

4:1. The Father looked into The Mother, and she gave birth to a spark of Light, who was similar to her beauty, but not quite equal.
That Child is the only child of The Mother & Father.
They celebrated and blessed this Child with goodness.
The Child stood in the Spirit’s presence and received its power and glory.
The Child immediately gave praise to The Mother and Father.
The Child asked for the Gift of Mind, for Mind to be their companion.
The Spirit said yes.
Mind came alive, and stood with The Child, and praised The Mother and Father.
The Word of God and The Will of God came alive.
The Child created everything through The Word
Eternal Life, Will, Mind, and Foreknowledge stood before The Mother and Father, and praised them. 

5:1. The Mother and Father raised and taught the Child so they could stand before God as the Chosen One with full confidence.
God was pleased and placed the Child in charge of everything.
The Truth inside of the Child let them catch on quickly.
Using a gift of the Spirit, with the blessing and help of God, the Child took the Source Light and created The Four Fundamental Lights- called Grace, Understanding, Perception, and Consideration.
The siblings of Grace are Truth and Form.
The siblings of Understanding are Love and Idea.
The siblings of Perception are Conceptualization and Memory
The siblings of Consideration are Perfection, Peace, and Wisdom, who is called Sophia.
These 4 Lights stand with the Child, and the 12 siblings were placed in charge of 12 of the realms of Heaven.
The Living Mind, with the blessing of God, and with the will of the Child, created the perfected human soul.
God named the being Adam-X and let them rule with the Child.
God gave Adam-X an incredible intellect through the Light of Grace.
Adam-X praised and thanked The Spirit, The Father, The Child, and The Mother.
Adam-X’s child Seth was put in charge of the Realm of Understanding.
Seth’s children were put in charge of the Realm of Perception, along with the souls of other saints.
Those who are not quite up to standard are placed in the Realm of Consideration, where they would eventually learn their lesson.

6:1. Sophia had a thought by herself, which was new and dangerous.
She wanted to do something on her own, and create something, but she did not ask for the opinion of God or her Partner.
Because she was super powerful, she was able to create something, but because she didn’t ask for help, it came out a little broken.
It changed into a dragon with a lion’s head, and lightning bolts flashed from its eyes.
She captured it and hid it away, surrounding it with a cloud, so that no one except The Mother, The Holy Spirit could see.
She named the creature Satan.
Satan took power from Sophia, and ran off, creating their own realms, that still continue to exist. 

7:1. Satan went reckless and started to create all sorts of spirits, 7 Authorities to rule different realms of Heavens and 5 to rule different realms of the Abyss.
Satan shared their power with their creations, but none had any of the power that Satan had received from Sophia.
Satan was not aware of this because they did not know where they came from.
The first spirits that Satan had created then created 365 demons of their own.
The 7 Authorities looked like different animals, and corresponded to the days of the week, and were placed in charge of the world.
Satan has many different forms and faces- and can appear however they want.
Satan ruled over all of these spirits by force.
Satan called the 7 Authorities Goodness, Power, Divinity, Authority, Government, Passion, and Understanding.
Satan continued naming and creating things to model the realms that God, The Father, Mother, Child, and Spirit had built.
Satan could not do this intentionally, because he had never seen the actual highest realms, but because of the Light from Sophia, they had an instinctual understanding.
Once done, Satan turned the demons and said- "I am the true God! A jealous God! There is no other God but me!"
Sophia watched all of this happen and it began to bother her deeply. Her Light started to dim. She retreated into solitude and started to be ashamed and pray.
Satan stole even more power from her. They thought she was the only other being in existence.
She started praying and crying, and all the other Spirits in existence started to hear and began to pray for her.
God heard, and sent the Holy Spirit to her, restoring much of her original power- but she was not quite at full power yet- she would have to remain in the 9th realm.

8:1. Then a voice came from the highest realm saying, "That is a human!"
Satan heard this voice, and thought it was Sophia, not God.
Satan looked and saw Adam-X and wanted their own.
Satan and the demons wreaked havoc and created their own version of humanity and named them Adam.
The 7 Authorities each created part of the human body- one created bone, another tendons, another flesh, marrow, blood, skin, and hair.
The demons created the limbs and arranged the body itself.
Satan tried to make the body so it would move, but they were unsuccessful.
Sophia wanted to put a stop to this- so she prayed to God for help.
God sent the 4 Lights to Satan to act as helpers.
They tricked Satan, and said, "Try blowing your Spirit into the body- that should help them start to move."
Not knowing their soul was the source of their divine power, Satan blew it into the human’s body.
The body started to move and shine! They were so smart, too.
The demons were jealous of this creation- they had all come together to create something better than themselves- and were not happy with this.
They banished the human out of Heaven to the physical world.

9:1. God looked compassionately at this little being- the physical human Adam- and was worried for their little safety.
So they created a helper Soul called Life who works with him.
She taught Adam many things- including the origin of where he came from.
The Soul of Life was hidden in Adam’s heart- so that none of the demons would see him undoing their work.
The demons created a new body from the elements, one that would weaken his mind and make him eventually die.
They trapped Adam and The Soul of Life in it.
The demons took Adam and put him in a paradise- with tons of food and beauty.
They created a Tree and stored all of their knowledge and power within its fruit- and told Adam not to eat it. They called it the Tree of Life.
However, The Child made them eat from it to get more knowledge.
Satan saw all the power within Adam and put a curse on him to dull his mind and senses, making him sleepy and forgetful. 

10:1. Satan tried to take the Soul of Life from Adam too, but you cannot capture a Soul.
Satan was unsuccessful in removing all of Adam’s power, but did get half of it out, and from that they split into man and woman, who were named Adam and Eve.
She looked at Adam and removed his curse.
He immediately recognized her power, his own counterpart.
He said, "I love you". They hugged.
Sophia descended from Heaven to help them and everyone else attain this knowledge.
I appeared as an eagle perched atop the Tree of Life, to help teach them and awaken them.
The Soul of Life appeared as a being of light, and helped enlighten their minds.
When Satan discovered they were doing just fine and didn’t need or want them anymore, they cursed the earth and both humans.
Satan forced Adam and Eve to have children, and Cain and Abel were born.
Adam had a magic child with himself, and named him Seth, who was as enlightened and powerful as he was.
The Mother sent her Spirit to Earth
Satan cursed all humans to make them dull and forgetful.
All humans lived like that for a while, but God can change things and awaken you.
 

11:1. I asked, "Will everyone awaken and see this Light?"
Jesus said, "Very important question, though it is impossible to answer. Some have unmovable souls. They are those who the Spirit of Life has visited, and that power will enable them to change their lives beyond belief. They will get rid of all evil within themselves, wanting nothing to do with corruption. They will be free from rage, envy, jealousy, desire, or craving.
You cannot escape the physical body. There are those who wear it for their time, and do not fear when it is time to shed it. Those people will have indestructible, eternal life. They will endure all the worst this world has to offer and give everything for the greater good."
Then I asked, "What about those who don’t do these things after being visited by the Spirit?"
Jesus said, "If the Spirit visits, that person will be changed. The power will come to everyone. If you build up the Spirit, your soul will be strengthened, and nothing will be able to sway you. But there are still temptations."
Then I asked, "Where do we go when we die?"
Jesus said, "If the soul is strong and able to escape the demons, it will get eternal rest."
Then I asked, "What about lost souls?"
"Jesus said, "If the Fake Spirit grows strong and leads someone astray, their souls are drawn to evil.
When they die- they will be recast into the physical prison again. And that repeats until the soul is able to become free from ignorance through knowledge. And so they will eventually be perfect and strengthened."
Then I asked, "How does a soul shrink down to enter a body?"
Jesus smiled, "Exactly. The soul should be guided by someone who has the Spirit of Life within them. Then they will never have to enter another body again."
Then I asked, "What about someone who gets this experience, then wants to turn away from it?"
Jesus said, "Demons will take them to a place and torment them. They will stay there forever."
Then I asked, "Where does the Fake Spirit come from?"
Jesus told the following story:
 

12:1. The Mother is wonderful. Through the power of Light, she helps her children by clearing their minds and thoughts.
When Satan learned She was helping, and that humanity had grown in power, they started creating all sorts of demons and plans to stop them.
Satan had a sibling named Fate.
Fate is fickle and can sway any which way.
Fate is hard and stupid and stronger than anything in this world- for those who are imprisoned by it.
Fate gave birth to Evil, Violence, Hatred, Ignorance, Rules, and Fear.
This influence is why all of creation seems to be lost. Ignorance and forgetfulness of our true nature is the source of evil. Humans are bound to fate and time.
Satan eventually grew to regret everything they had created. They made a great flood to flood the Earth.
The Light warned Noah, and Noah tried to warn everyone else, but no one listened.
Noah was not quite the only one who survived the flood- and they didn’t use a literal boat, but many who had an immovable soul knew to hide in a cloud of light.
Noah knew his own authority, and of the authority of God, although Satan was still largely in control of everything.
Satan sent demons to the humans, and tried to make physical babies, but they failed.
After this, they created a Fake Spirit, and sent it to make spiritual babies. This Spirit could change appearance to look like someone’s spouse.
They filled the hearts of humanity with desire, and started crafting money, jewelry, and metal, and many other neat things that attracted and distracted people.
This distracted people enough to get them to no longer worry searching about truth or freedom. Humanity has closed and hardened their hearts. This is how Satan enslaved creation.

13:1. I am the Protector of everything.
I became like my human children.
I was among the first and walked down every possible road.
I am the Light, I am fullness.
I walked into the darkest place- into the prison- where they did not recognize me- so I hid.
I went back a second time- and threatened to destroy everything.
But I remembered the Light- and decided not to.
I am Light and I went into the darkest Hell-
I entered the prison of their body- and said, "Anyone who hears me- wake up!"
Someone heard me- and they said, "Who is that? What is this Light and hope hidden within this dark prison?"
"I am the Light," I said, "I come from God, and I am waking you up- remember what you learned- trace back your roots to the start, to me- the merciful one.
Fight against poverty, chaos, and those who seek to restrain you. Rise up out of Hell!"
I raised them up and sealed them with five seals of light and water.
Death had no power over them ever again- and I went back to Heaven- completing everything as you heard it.
That is everything- share it with anyone secretly and responsibly.
Never sell these teachings for anything.
These things came to John in a mystery- and Jesus vanished.
He went and told his fellow disciples.
